Oswego East (2-3, 0-3) was led by quarterback Dakoda Skenandore (13-of-24, 132 yards).

After a scoreless first half, the Wolves struck first when Skenandore took the snap and scrambled for an 88-yard touchdown with 10:01 remaining in the third quarter.

Oswego East extended its lead to 13-0 when Skenandore hit his brother, Chase, for a 37-yard touchdown with 2:18 left in the third. However, the Wolves did not convert the PAT.

Plainfield Central finally put together a scoring drive early in the fourth quarter as Erdman scored on a 2-yard touchdown run with 9:51 left to close the deficit to 13-7.

After a quick three-and-out by the Wolves, the Wildcats went on an eight-play, 45-yard drive that saw Blake score on a 1-yard touchdown run to tie the game at 13 with 3:59 left in the game. Wildcats kicker Mike Fisher converted the PAT for the deciding point.
