Leonard Brady, CB, Warren: Made a key fourth-quarter interception and blocked two extra-point attempts in a 50-25 win over Stevenson on Friday.
Tyler Doll, RB, Glenbard North: Rushed for 75 of his game-high 105 yards in the fourth quarter and ended a potential touchdown run by sliding to a stop at the 1-yard line with 1:22 left, preventing Naperville Central from getting the ball back. The Panthers won 14-13 on Friday.
Angelo Gargano, DL, Grayslake Central: Had two interceptions, including one he returned 42 yards for a TD, in a 35-21 win over Grayslake North on Friday. The win snapped Central's 18-game losing streak.
Lashean Givens, RB, Douglass: The sophomore carried 13 times for 264 yards and five TDs (on runs of 79, 60, 62, 27 and 26 yards) in a 42-6 win over Austin on Saturday.
Charlie Goro, QB, Maine South: Completed 27 of 42 passes for 469 yards, a new school record, and five TDs in a 55-24 win over New Trier on Saturday.
Josh Hasenberg, QB, Bartlett: Accounted four four TDs (three passing, one rushing) in a 28-14 win over then-No. 7 Thornton on Saturday.
Tor Larkin, K, Huntley: Made his first career field goal, a game-winning 18-yarder in overtime, in a 31-28 win over Prairie Ridge on Friday.
Sean O'Hara, LB, Notre Dame: Returned an interception 58 yards for TD with 3:32 to play to seal a 12-3 win over St. Viator on Friday.
Nick Pesek, RB, Oak Lawn: 21 carries, 184 yards, two TD runs, including a 80-yarder, in a 20-12 win over Richards Friday for the South Suburban Red crown.
Miles Osei, QB, Prospect: 16-for-27, 327 yards, 25 carries, 115 yards, two TDs (two rushing, one passing) in 45-28 win over Wheeling on Friday.
