Naperville Central d. Mundelein 21-25, 25-23, 15-10:Matt Yanz led the Redhawks with 12 kills and Victor Lei set the table with 29 assists as Naperville Central defeated Mundelein in the semifinals.
Naperville Central d. New Trier 19-25, 25-17, 15-5:Naperville Central used the strong performances of Mike Bridicka (seven kills, three blocks) and Victor Lei (15 assists) to defeat New Trier in the title game of the Hoffman Estates Invite.
The Redhawks (6-0), playing in their fourth game of the day, also received strong contributions from Hunter Lee's eight digs and Matt Yanz' six kills and eight blocks.
