Mother McAuley 54, St. Ignatius 34: Chelsea Owens (15 points) and Sarah Garcia (14 points) engineered a 15-0 third-quarter burst to lead the Mighty Macs (22-8) past the host Wolfpack (13-17) in a regional final. Jennifer Moriarty added eight points for McAuley.
