Crystal Lake Central rolled to its first regional title since 2003, beating runner-up Richmond-Burton 285-115.

Central was paced by champs Trevor Jauch (37-2) at 112, Christian Malouf (33-4) at 119, Jason Fugiel (19-11) at 125, Clay Lutzow (3-3) at 130, Joey Kielbasa (35-1) at 140, Austin Marsden (29-5) at 160, Trevor Parlberg (34-4) at 171, Anthoni Degani (23-7) at 189 and Gage Harrah (34-2) at 215.

Also taking firsts were Richmond-Burton's Evan Trapino (25-10) at 103 and Jack Dechow (32-6) at 145, Lakes' Matt Holmes (37-4) at 135, Johnsburg's Justin Peete (31-6) at 152 and Marian Central heavyweight Cody O'Neill (21-2).
