Wonder why the quarterback camp that has been run for the past several years at Maine South has been shut down?

‘‘The IHSA did not shut the camp down,’’ Maine South athletic director Steve Adams said at Redbird Arena in Normal on Saturday.

‘‘Maine South shut it down because we looked into it and discovered that we were violating some IHSA rules. It is done for this year and if we do it next year, it will be in compliance with the rules.’’
