Lincoln-Way East (10-11) finished 2-3 on the day, defeating Libertyville 25-22, 26-24 and Vernon Hills 25-23, 25-15, but losing to Glenbard North 25-17, 22-25, 25-17, St. Charles North 25-16, 25-21 and Carmel 25-18, 25-19. Dan Hunt led the charge for Lincoln-Way East with 95 assists, 13 digs and 13 service points on the day. Tim Huizinga had 21 kills, 11 digs and 17 points for the Griffins.
