Lemont 43, Richards 0: One snap, and the tone was set in the Indians' win over the host Bulldogs.

‘‘The offensive line hit ’em hard on the first play, and they never came back,’’ Lemont quarterback Nick Lawrence said.

That first play? Danny Hayes ran nine yards off left tackle. He would finish with 126 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries. Lemont (4-0) had 279 yards, 181 via the ground, at halftime.
