Clark sneaks past Kenwood

Freshman running back Deshawn Rogers' 15-yard touchdown burst on the final play of the third quarter sparked Clark to a 13-7 win over Kenwood on Thursday at Rockne Stadium.

Clark defensive tackle Alex King set up the score with his seven-yard sack of Kenwood's Charlie Mabry that forced the Broncos to punt from their 1-yard line.

Clark (8-1) jumped out to a 7-0 lead on Lemart Kinsey's first-quarter, 71-yard touchdown on a fumble return. Kenwood (4-6)answered with Mabry's 64-yard touchdown strike to Darrell Holloway.
