The Indian Creek girls' golf team shot a team score of 481 finished third Wednesday at the St. Bede Class A Regional to Tuesday's Byron Sectional. Lindsay Richardson led the way for Indian Creek with a 96.
Somonauk junior Brittany Cain shot a 120 to also advance to the sectional.
St. Charles East Class AA Regional -- Geneva shot a team score of 351 to finish fifth while Batavia was sixth at 361. Lauren Lenkowski shot an 83 to advance to Tuesday's St. Ignatius Sectional, while a trio of Geneva players also advanced, led by Kim Connor, who shot an 84, with Shannon Delaney and Kendall McCleary both shooting an 87.
St. Edward Class A Regional -- Two Hinckley-Big Rock players advanced to the Byron Sectional, led by Bianca Edmier, who posted a 120, with teammate Hannah Vandermoere moving on with a 121.
Rock Falls Class AA Regional -- Sandwich finished 10th with a team score of 496. Kaneland freshman Hayley Guyton shot an 80 to move on to Monday's Moline Sectional. IHSA Girls Golf Roundup
