Iroquois West 69, Illinois Lutheran 52: The Cavaliers (10-18) were knocked out of the Class 1A Iroquois West Regional with a quarterfinal loss to the hosts, who had a game-high 20 points from Angel Sanchez.

Brandon Clark and Scott Smith both scored 13 for Lutheran.
