Lane 31, Foreman 12: The host Indians scored 17 unanswered points in the second quarter, highlighted by a 70-yard touchdown pass from Louis Negron to Louis Trinka-Pasada, en route to the Illini Red Bird win.

After Negron’s scoring pass, the Indians (3-1, 1-0 ) took a 14-0 lead as Thadeus Scott (20 carries, 120 yards) capped a 75-yard drive with a five-yard touchdown run. Oscar Dominguez kicked a 31-yard field goal on the last play of the first half for a 17-0 lead.
Lane’s other scores came on a three-yard run by Negron (3-of-8, 101 yards) and a five-yard run by Fredrick Williams.
Foreman (2-2, 0-1) scored on a 50-yard pass from Oscar Maldonado to Cawon Stringfellow, and a two-yard run from Clinton Young.
