Outlook: Elk Grove returns 16 starters from last year's 7-4 team, including quarterback Nick Meyer (1,978 yards passing, 986 yards rushing, 33 TDs) and 6-2, 190-pound linebacker Joey Bishoff (team-leading 15 tackles for loss). Prospect and Rolling Meadows both are in the market for quarterbacks following the graduations of Miles Osei and Jimmy Garoppolo, respectively, but the Knights rate an edge with Peter Bonahoom (1,000 yards rushing and receiving in 2009).
