St. Ignatius (10-6) won the championship by defeating Romeoville 25-23, 25-18. The Wolfpack also beat Lemont 26-24, 20-25, 25-7 and Lincoln-Way North 25-21, 25-23.

Colin Rodnick led the way for St. Ignatius by accumulating 55 assists and seven blocks on the day. Matt Fahey added 24 kills and nine blocks for the Wolfpack, while Peter Doerrer had 17 kills.

St. Laurence finished third after besting Lincoln-Way North 25-23, 25-21.

Eisenhower took fifth by virtue of its 25-20, 22-25, 25-18 triumph opposite Lemont.

T.F. North defeated Washington 25-8, 25-20 for seventh place.
