Upsets elude Cougars, Grenadiers in semifinals

Ken Ropiak was in the worst place he could be late in the second game of Friday's St. Francis Sectional semifinal. After Conant grabbed the lead against No. 1-seeded Wheaton Warrenville South, the senior rotated to the bench, where he watched the No. 4 Cougars lose their advantage and eventually the match 25-17, 25-23.
