Wilmington, ranked No. 1 in 1A by Illinois Best Weekly, qualified nine individuals for state, including five champs.
The Wildcats' winners were Alex Jones (29-6) at 103, Steve Heino (34-2) at 130, John VanDuyne (36-1) at 135, Jake Murphy (35-1) at 152 and Jeremy Bailey (37-2) at 171.
Wilmington also advanced runners-up Garth Cartwright (28-7) at 112 and Blake Olson (31-12) at 125 along with third-place finishers Bryan Evans (31-6) at 140 and Steve Liaromatis (20-8) at 189.
Harvard advanced six wrestlers, including champs Sergio Figueroa (41-3) at 112, Brian Lovell (40-3) at 119 and heavyweight Jake Pribble (29-2).
Bishop McNamara and Coal City each had two winners. Mac's Jon Young (41-1), ranked first in 1A, beat second-ranked David Tuomi (31-2) of Walther Lutheran 11-4 in the 145 final and the Irish's Mario Zinanni (39-1) won at 215.
Coal City's champions were unbeaten Chase Odeen (37-0) at 160 and David Hanley (34-10) at 125.
Other area winners were Plano's Travis Tomac (31-4) at 140 and Driscoll's Jake Randich (31-3) at 189.
