Bloom shuts down Thornridge

Bloom 11, Thornridge 6:

Kyle Chapleau slugged a bases-loaded triple in the first inning and the Blazing Trojans (5-2, 3-0 SICA South) went on to win the SICA crossover.

Trace Capps doubled twice and drove in two runs for Bloom, while winning pitcher Jake Tilton fanned seven in three innings and was 2-for-4 with three runs scored. Cody Staton was 2-for-3 with a triple and two RBI.
