Drug testing in regular season remains on hold

They're waiting. Mike Gaspari, athletic director and varsity football coach at Batavia High School, said he had read with interest the IHSA announcement that it had zero positive tests for performance-enhancing drugs Tuesday, but that he "had not heard anything" officially about the expanded testing as yet.
