Barrington struck early and often to remain undefeated, scoring on all six possessions in first half to beat visiting Buffalo Grove 39-14 Friday night.
Quarterback Cody Seeger threw two TD passes in the first quarter, connecting with Kevin Crowley for a 7-yard TD and then finding Daniel Evers for a 25-yard TD. Seeger added a pair of TD runs, a 1-yard sneak to end the first half and a 2-yard plunge to open the scoring in the second half. Seeger completed 11-of-13 passes for 137 yards while connecting on his first six attempts.
The Broncos (4-0) held BG (2-2) to only three first downs in the first half and led 30-0 at halftime.
"Right now it feels good," Barrington coach Joe Sanchez said. "We've played good teams. The scary thing about this is our team has our best football in front of us."
Sam Ojuri rushed for 107 yards on 15 carries and scored to begin the second quarter on an 18-yard run. Ryan Murach completed the first half with a 30-yard field with 4:11 to go. Murash added a 37-yard field goal in the third quarter.
The Bison scored both of their TDs in the fourth quarter. J.P Kulick connected with Mike Cornely on a 20-yard TD pass and Josh Hampton cashed in a 7-yard carry.
