Joe Cesario hit a grand slam in the top of the eighth to lift Andrew past host Joliet in a SouthWest Suburban crossover.

Matt Guth went one inning for the win for the Thunderbolts (7-6, 3-1 SWSC Red), who trailed 3-0 in the seventh before rallying.
