The rundown: Plainfield Central experienced a 2-7 season a year ago but has plenty of experience returning, led by QB Tim Blake and RB Jordan Ellingwood. Blake threw for 1,149 yards as a junior. Amundsen is expected to be a bottom-feeder in the Chicago Public League Prairie State Conference.
