Jack Fischer pitched a one-hitter and started a bizarre game-ending triple play as St. Ignatius edged the hosts 1-0 Saturday to win the Class 4A Fenwick Regional.

Fenwick 8, St. Ignatius 0: Cam Verbeke's hitting and pitching carried the Friars (16-10 overall) to the Catholic League Blue win. Verbeke (6-3) allowed one hit and fanned 13, while going 1-for-2 with a double and an RBI.
