Jessica Falk, who's dealing with the effects of a herniated disc in her back, stepped in for ailing teammate Ellen Carberry and snapped down a team-high eight kills in helping vault No. 5 Mother McAuley into the Class 4A volleyball Elite Eight. Falk and the Mighty Macs topped No. 1 Sandburg 26-24, 23-25, 25-10 to win the Eisenhower Sectional.
