If Hillcrest is indeed in the easier bracket in Class 5A, it sure wasn't noticeable Friday. The Hawks, seeded No. 1 and facing a 5-4 team in Wheaton Academy, saw what appeared to be a possible dream season go up in smoke in a 20-19 overtime loss.
