  <description><![CDATA[After winning the North Suburban Conference meet by an eyelash last
season, the Lake Forest Scouts repeated in breezy style on Thursday at Grant High School. But unlike last year when the meet was decided in a close finish in the last event of the day, the 1,600-meter relay, Lake Forest went into the final relay 
on Tuesday with no chance to lose the meet.<br><br>]]></description>
