Montini 61, Walther Lutheran 24: The No.12 Broncos (21-5, 7-0 Suburban Christian Blue) cruised to the win as Kateri Stone finished with 13 points.

Fremd 48, Palatine 42: The No. 16 Vikings (19-4, 8-0 Mid Suburban West) earned the hard-fought win behind Jessie Wiedemann's 16 points.

Elmwood Park 55, Fenton 45, 2 OT: Joanna Bukowinski came up big for Elmwood Park, scoring 25 points in the overtime win.

Evanston 50, Waukegan 34: Alecia Cooley (15 points, 10 rebounds) helped the Wildkits cruise past Waukegan.

Hersey 38, Rolling Meadows 33: Jenn Hall tallied 14 points in the victory for Hersey (16-10, 5-3 Mid-Suburban East).

Hoffman Estates 60, Schaumburg 54: Becca Stoczynski led Hoffman Estates with 19 points in the win over the Saxons.

Lemont 52, Bremen 28: Kelsey Motto poured in 17 points for the Indians.

Lyons 51, St. Joseph 37: Colleen Connors helped lift the Lions (14-6) over the Chargers with a 16-point performance.

Metea Valley 56, Lake Park 45: Bria Walker tallied 19 points for Metea Valley (12-11, 5-5 Upstate Eight Valley) in the win.

New Trier 31, Glenbrook South 29: The Trevians were carried to victory thanks to Maggie Lyon's 20 points.

Niles West 42, Maine South 41: The Wolves edged out Maine South behind Molly Kleppin's 15 points and 12 points from Dashae Shumate and Jewell Loyd.

Oak Lawn 60, Reavis 45: LaTondra Brooks finished with a solid 17-point performance for Oak Lawn (13-8, 5-5 South Suburban Red).

Stevenson 51, Lake Forest 34: Stevenson moved past Lake Forest behind Julia Dabrowski's 10 points and 11 blocks.

Universal 46, St. Martin 33: Mariam Ahmad was a scoring machine for Universal, finishing with 23 points. Ronya Kawji chipped in 13 points.

Vernon Hills 66, Grant 48: Lauren Webb and Meri Bennett-Swanson both had big games for Vernon Hills, scoring 21 points each. Webb also pulled down eight rebounds.
