King improved to 16-5 and 11-0 in the Chicago Central after defeating Bronzeville 71-44 on Saturday.

Brittany Rush's 17 points, five rebounds and two steals led the way for the Jaguars.

Crystal Coleman added 16 points, three blocks and two rebounds, while Jaleesa Campbell also had 15 points, six assists and six steals for King.

ACT 35, Foreman 19: Tacara Edwards had 13 points and Johnnetta Fort scored 10 for ACT (6-3).

Ag. Science 43, Harper 32: Lauren McGinnis poured in 25 points for Ag. Science in its Chicago South win. Tyra Brown pulled down 10 rebounds to contribute for Ag. Science (13-8).

Best Practice 46, Clemente 35: Erica Anderson scored 18 points, and Jazmine Stewart had 11 and Dominique Owens added seven to propel Best Practice (7-4 Chicago West).

Burlington Central 53, Kaneland 36: Alyssa Galvan and Sara Rose scored 10 points apiece for Kaneland.

DuSable 42, Kelly 18: Brittney Owens had 17 points and seven rebounds in the Metro Central win for Du Sable (10-0). Diane Sales (nine points, nine rebounds) and Taylor Orr (10 points) also chipped in.

Fremd 44, Schaumburg 35: The Vikings(11-6, 4-1 Mid-Suburban West) were led by Gianna Abruzzo's 14 points and Taylor Glassmann's 13 points.

Galesburg 59, Queen of Peace 44: Myneka Warner scored a game-high 32 points to lead Galesburg in the nonconference matchup.

Glenbard East 46, Glenbard North 35: Nikki Hall had 16 points and Kelsey Taylor scored 14 for the Rams in the win.

Grant 46, Vernon Hills 33: Grant got nine points from both Amber Potts and Rose Mustari, and eight each from CJ Hill and Brittani Schisler in the victory.

Hirsch 57, Lindblom 51: Hirsch (10-2, 8-1 Metro South) got big games from Ashley Walker (26 points), Amiee Brown (14 points) and Nakeisha Smith (12 points).

Huntley 51, McHenry 34: Carly Goede led the Red Raiders (8-8) with 14 points and teammate Hillary Johnson scored 11 in the nonconference win.

Lake Park 55, Alleman 36: Samantha Arnold led the way for the Lancers (13-4) with 15 points. Jenna Aloia added nine, while Sarah Drozdowski and Chelsea Gieseke scored eight points each.

Lincoln Park 43, Hyde Park 36: Tanisha Miller scored 11 points and teammate Lenora Thomas added 10 in the Lincoln Park victory.

Longwood 56, ACE 39: Latrice Harris' 11 points and eight rebounds led the Panthers (16-6, 9-2 Metro South) to the win.

Lyons 46, Downers Grove North 43: Molly Barry had 12 points and Lindsay Esposito scored 10 for the Lions.

Marshall 63, North Lawndale 46: No.12 Marshall (15-3, 6-1) got a huge performance from Adrienne GodBold, who scored 27 points and brought down 12 rebounds. Marion Thompson added 12 points and six rebounds for the Commandos.

Minooka 70, Romeoville 26: Minooka (10-7, 7-2 Southwest Prairie) got 12 points from Morgan Novak in the win.

Mundelein 48, Warren 38: JJ Sawchuk's 15 points topped the scoring column for Mundelein (16-3, 3-2 Dupage Valley).

Newark 54, Seneca 44: Thomasina Lovett's 18 points paced Newark (13-6).

Normal U-High 43, Bishop McNamara 32: Erika Tatum's 13 points helped Normal U-High earn the win at the HDOA Shootout in Bloomington.

Oswego 56, Waubonsise Valley 48: The Panthers got 19 points from Katie Ziemnik and 18 from Samiya Wright in the win.

Oswego East 42, Yorkville 39: Brittani Whaley led Oswego East with 14 points.

Phillips 58, Chicago Richards 42: DaVanise Atwood led Phillips with 28 points, while teammate Tatiana Haynes scored 18 in the win.

Prospect 43, Elk Grove 39, OT: Prospect (15-4) got a nice all-around game from Lexi Glennon, who recorded 10 points, six rebounds and five steals. Sarah Hunt added seven points and thee blocks in the win.

Raby 41, Tilden 39: Diana Brown (15 points) and Tamyra Hickman (11 points) powered Raby (11-4, 8-2 Metro Central).

Reed-Custer 43, Momence 42, OT: Kelsi McMahan had 15 points and 15 rebounds, while Katie Kochan added 10 points, four steals and three assists for the Comets (9-8).

Rich South 59, Lisle 38: Niara Harris, Taheerah Ali and Shantika Ford-Sewell scored 13 points apiece to lead the Stars.

Robeson 54, Kenwood 53: The Raiders (10-6, 6-4 Chicago Central) were led by Tiara Longbay's 17 points, seven assists and five rebounds.

Sandwich 45, Somonauk 31: Nan Darby scored a game-high 16 points to lead the way for Sandwich.

St. Francis de Sales 32, Luther South 27: The Pioneers (3-15) were led by Carolina Gonzalez, who had 12 points.

Stagg 48, Richards 37: Brittany Bixman had 16 points and Mackenzi Schumann scored 11 for the Chargers (11-5).

Steinmetz 51, Kelvyn Park 47, OT: Tia Rogers' 27 points spurred Steinmetz (12-8, 7-4 Chicago North).

Stevenson 47, Northside 32: Kelsey Simon (18 points) and Michelle O’Brien (nine points) led the way for the Patriots (8-10).

Sullivan 40, Lake View 38: Brianna Smith (23 points, seven rebounds) and Chawntaya Johnson (eight points, three rebounds) led Sullivan.

Taft 55, Prosser 17: Lisa Brogaard and Aleksandra Szlinger recorded 14 points apiece to carry the Eagles. (15-3, 8-1 Chicago North).

Walther Lutheran 59, Aurora Christian 40: Rachel Mertens scored 13 points for Aurora Christian.

Wells 70, North Grand 18: Marchelle Ray led four Raiders (16-1, 9-0 Chicago West) in double-figure scoring with 22 points and eight rebounds. Latisha Kirkland added 17 points, while Vanessa Williams and Angela Williams scored 10 apiece.

Westmont 34, Elmwood Park 26: Sara Sternards' double-double, 12 points and 10 rebounds, helped the Sentinels (9-9) to the win. Katie Zapinski added 12 points for Westmont.

Wilmington 36, Grant Park 27: Tara Spell's 18 points led the way to a Wilmington victory.

WW South 54, Naperville North 42: Kattie Ottolin scored 14 points and Annie Shain added 12 for the Tigers.
