Joe Kelly had 23 assists and seven digs, while Brian Williams contributed nine digs for the Tigers (28-7, 10-4).
Argo d. Lemont 20-25, 25-22, 25-20: Brandon Kane landed six aces to lead visiting Argo (5-15, 1-11) in the South Suburban crossover.
Libertyville d. Carmel 26-24, 25-23: The Wildcats (17-17) held off the Corsairs in the nonconference clash behind by the play of J.J. Hill (seven kills), Matt Anderson (six kills, three digs), Nick Olson (13 assists, three digs) and Matt Bernard (13 assists, six digs).
Minooka d. Plainfield North 22-25, 25-21, 25-19: Robert Krumlinde had 18 kills, two blocks and two aces for Minooka. Matt Phillips finished with nine kills, three digs, two blocks and two aces. Nick Alexander and Ryne Jacobson had four blocks. Ron Cerevic produced four digs and Matt Omatto two. Alexander had four kills and Jacobson added three.
New Trier d. Glenbrook South 25-13, 25-27, 25-14: The Trevians (25-10) were led by Will Hart (19 kills, two blocks) and Joe Shook (13 kills, three blocks).
Oak Forest d. Richards 25-20, 25-14: Tyler Triezenberg dished out 10 assists in guiding host Oak Forest (19-9, 11-3) in the South Suburban crossover. Jared Sparrey contributed seven kills and five blocks for the Bengals, while Nick Pikor added six service points and five kills.
Oak Lawn d. Reavis 27-25, 21-25, 25-16: Randy Hansen (15 kills, 11 digs, two aces), Alex Chigas (29 assists, four digs) and Ray Martinez (12 kills, six digs) led the way for the Spartans (23-12, 13-1) in their South Suburban conference win.
Oswego d. Plainfield South 25-17, 25-16: The Panthers received contributions from Mary Kane (seven kills, four digs), Alex Bogda (six kills, four digs), Otavio Fleury (24 assists, four digs) and Jake Wollenberg (eight digs, seven kills).
Shepard d. Eisenhower 25-20, 25-13: Andrei Greska (six kills) and Jeff Kurkewich (five kills) led the way for the Astros (19-9, 10-4) in their South Suburban conference win.
Sandburg d. Brother Rice 20-25, 25-21, 25-20: Ryan Piper had 21 assists and Tyler Parks added 10 kills for visiting Sandburg (27-7). The Eagles received 16 digs from Dave Walery and eight kills from Matt Fox. Kevin Padden led Brother Rice (20-10) with 17 kills. Dave Pomorski added seven kills.
South Elgin d. Willowbrook 25-23, 25-18: Andrew Gleason had six kills and Tony Thomas, Jim McMahon and Doug Sawyer each added four kills for the Storm.
