Andrew d. Lincoln-Way East 25-20, 25-20: Dan Bobek had six kills and six blocks to go along with Dan Aspan's 22 assists as Andrew (24-12, 10-3) won in two games to win their own regional.

Deerfield d. Vernon Hills 25-22, 21-25, 25-19: Quintin Anderson posted 26 digs while Mike Robinson and Keegan Harris each had 11 kills in the Vernon Hills Regional final.

New Trier d. Maine East 25-23, 25-15: At the New Trier Regional, TJ Keene (five kills, two blocks), Simon Holstein (15 digs), Eric Kerr (11 assists), Sam Van Horn (six kills) and Kyle Cook (five kills) all contributed for the Trevians (29-8).

St. Ignatius d. Lincoln Park 25-14, 25-22: Peter Doerrer (nine kills, three blocks), Matt Fahey (nine kills) and Rimas Grybauskas (four kills, eight blocks) led the Wolfpack (29-7) to the Lincoln Park regional title.

Sandburg d. Lockport 26-24, 25-22: At the Lockport regional, Tyler Parks recorded eight kills for Sandburg (31-6), giving them a regional title.

Stevenson d. Libertyville 25-16, 25-21: Brad Feiger recorded 11 kills while Max Affrnti posted nine digs for Libertyville (29-7). Kyle Buck also had eight kills, earning the Patriots their own regional title.

WW South d. Naperville North. 25-20, 25-16: WW South (33-4) took the Naperville North Regional Championship. Led by Kevin Mueller, who recorded six kills and Rob Samp, who had four blocks and two digs, the Tigers earned their 11th straight regional title.
