Mostafa Abdelrhaman and Jonathan Rodriguez scored two goals each as Oak Lawn rolled past Rich South 8-0 in nonconference action on Tuesday.

Jorge Marinez stopped two shots to earn the shutout for the Spartans (1-0).

Deerfield 6, Vernon Hills 2: Brian Frankel and David Panter both had two goals for the Warriors (2-0) in the North Shore Shootout win. 

Francis Parker 2, Carver 1 (PK): Parker won 4-3 on penalty kicks after playing Carver to a 1-1 tie in the Windy City Ram Clasic. Graham Harboe scored for Parker.

Hersey 1, Maine South 1: Alex Garadesevic scored for Hersey in the tie with Maine South. 

Joliet 6, Tinley Park 0: Andy McKenna's four goals powered the Steelmen (1-0) to victory in Windy City Ram Classic action at Providence. Mike Vertin had two saves to earn his 16th career shutout.

Kaneland 3, Marengo 2: Kevin Durrenberger scored twice in the second half -- both off assists from Mike Ott -- as the Knights rallied from a 2-1 halftime deficit. 

Marian Catholic 2, Thornton Fractional Co-op 1 (PK): Nicholas Bender scored in regulation for the Spartans (1-0), who won the Windy City Ram Classic game at Bloom on penalty kicks. 

Providence 2, Crete-Monee 1 (PK): The Celtics (1-1) prevailed 4-2 on penalty kicks to edge the Warriors in Windy City Ram Classic action. Alec Pickett had five saves for Providence.
