Seton defeated St. Laurence 67-60. The Sting never trailed in the second half, turning a four-point halftime lead into a double-digit cushion at one point in the third quarter.

DJ Cooper provided the second-half spark for Seton (15-2) with a game-high 22 points, which featured a big three pointer and key free throws down the stretch. Jordan Walker was the other Sting player in double figures with 11.

The Vikings (6-8) closed the deficit to 53-52 thanks to the hot shooting of Scott Taloff (22 points), but they couldn’t get over the hump and grab the lead in the fourth quarter.

Bloom 61, Marian Catholic 44: Aaron Nelson had a big game for the Blazing Trojans, scoring 33 points in the nonconference win for No.17 Bloom (11-3).

Bogan 57, Carver 52: Miles Horton scored 24 points and had five steals, while teammate Robert Dortch had 10 points and eight steals for the Bengals (9-8, 3-3 Red-South).

Clark 62, Clemente 58: Brian Montgomery had a great all-around game for the Eagles (2-12), recording a triple-double (10 points, 12 blocks, 11 rebounds) in the victory. Deante Dillon and Xavier Biles added 12 points each for Clark.

Collins 69, Austin 57: The Cobras got big games from Travary Williams (18 points), Jerome Harris (14 points, 10 rebounds) and Maurice Person (14 points) in the Blue-West victory.

Crete-Monee 80, T.F. South 52: Crete-Monee (10-3) posted the nonconference victory as James Crockett scored 22 points.

Douglass 55, Wells 51: Xavier Dixon scored 19 points and Michael Baker put in 17 for the Tigers (6-5, 3-3 Blue-West).

Evergreen Park 64, Chicago Christian 46: Anthony Welch had 22 points to lead Evergreen Park (12-3), while Rodney Clark added 19.

Gage Park 71, ACE Tech 42: Danny Robinson led the Fighting Owls (4-9, 3-3 Blue-South) to the win with 19 points and two steals. Ramell Doss added 15 points, while Jovan Worthy and Matthew McKenzie scored 10 points apiece.

Hillcrest 70 Thornwood 61: Travis Scott's 20 points led a balanced effort for visiting Hillcrest (8-7) in the nonconference affair. The Hawks' also got 13 points from Julius Brown and 10 each from Eric Gaines and Nick Oden.

Jacobs 64, Johnsburg 57: Conrad Krutwig had a game-high 24 points to lead the Golden Eagles, while Mike Barch added 14 points in the victory.

Kaneland 64, Rochelle 59: The Knights (8-6, 2-4) got 14 points from both Brody Root and Christian Dillon and 13 from Dave Dudzinaki to earn the win.

Longwood 61, Perspectives-Calumet 44: Rondell Freeman had a monster game for Longwood (4-9, 3-2 Blue-South) scoring 19 points and pulling down 20 rebounds in the victory. Oscar Long chipped in 21 points as well.

Plano 77, Serena 53: Josh Gorzeny had 23 points, while Ryan Campisi and Harold Ridgeway each scored 14 for the Reapers (8-8, 2-2 Interstate 8).

Raby 77, Perspectives 41: Travell Barrett and Antonio Williams scored 10 points each to lead the Tigers (13-4, 6-0 Blue-West).

Reavis 56, Romeoville 55, OT: Osama Ali's basket with 2.8 seconds remaining in the extra session lifted visiting Reavis (7-7) to the nonconference victory. Richard Thomas led the Rams with 16 points, Nabil Fokaha scored 12 and Ali had nine.

Riverside-Brookfield 80, Fenton 53: Billy VandeMerkt scored 16 points, one of four Bulldogs (12-1) in double figures.

Rich East 50, Shepard 47: Rich East (13-3) was led by Stephen O'Neal's14 points in the nonconference win.

St. Rita 48, Eisenhower 39: Lane Barlow netted 12 points and Marcell Portwood scored 11 as St. Rita (8-6) notched the nonconference win.

Sandburg 70, Rich Central 48: Mitch Thompson had 24 points and 13 rebounds, while Mike Schneider added 12 points for the Eagles.

Simeon 73, Corliss 23: The Wolverines (9-7, 5-0 Red-South) were led by Jeremy Jones' 13 points, Robert Robinson's 11 and Brandon Orange's 10.

South Shore 49, Ag. Science 25: Akeem Nathaniel had 13 points and Donte Oakley scored 10 for South Shore (8-2, 4-1 Blue-South).

Stagg 50, Lemont 41: Darius Draper finished with 15 points and six rebounds as Stagg (5-9) won the nonconference contest.

Vocational 56, Washington 29: Hollis Hill's 22 points and Angelo Nwankpa's 15 with eight rebounds helped Vocational (17-4, 4-1 Red-South) to the win.

Urban Prep 70, Hirsch 59: Steven Mcafee's 19 points helped Urban Prep (9-11, 3-3 Blue-South) to the victory.
