Brother Rice 16, De La Salle 0: Garrett O'Neill (2-0) fanned four in three innings of one-hit ball and Joe Bilanzic struck out one in two no-hit innings as the Crusaders cruised in their Richards Tournament opener. Charlie Finn doubled twice and drove in two runs for Rice, which finished with 15 hits.

Glenbard North 10, Brother Rice 9: The Panthers let a 5-0 lead slip away before rebounding to hand the Crusaders (5-1) their first loss of the season in second-round action at the Richards Tournament. Ryan March (2-for-3, double, two runs, three steals, two RBI) and Matt Klein (3-for-4, three doubles, three runs, two steals, three RBI) paced Rice's offense.
