Brother Rice continued its summer-long roll on Sunday, winning a pair of games to finish a perfect 4-0 at the Richards tournament.
The Crusaders are 17-1 after beating Vernon Hills 10-0 in six innings and downing Oak Park 6-2.
Matt Gustafson drove in four runs against Vernon Hills and TJ Bujanski (3-0) pitched a four-hitter with nine srikeouts.
Bob Schuch and Brian Baldwin each had two RBI in the win over Oak Park. Pat Gannon got the win, allowing four hits and fanning 10. Kevin Koziol also drove in a run for Rice.
The Crusaders play at Oak Forest on Tuesday.
