Tait Erickson and Matt Utsch combined on a one-hitter, leading Lincoln-Way North past host Crete-Monee 11-1 Monday in South Suburban Summer League South Division action.
Erickson fanned seven in three innings and allowed the Warriors' lone hit, which led off the first inning. Utsch struck out four in two innings.
Luke Waldier was 2-for-3 with two RBI for North (6-1), which has won five straight since losing to Joliet Catholic.
Phoenix catcher A.J. Neufeld suffered a left elbow injury when he was accidentally hit by a bat on a Crete hitter's follow-through.
