No. 1 Young improved to 18-1 on the season with a 74-35 win over Crane in Windy City West action. Ashlee Anderson had 15 points for the Dolphins while Porsha Harris added 12 with six rebounds.

Argo 53, Lemont 41: Morris Woods had 18 points and Godfrey Brown scored 15 for Argo (6-8, 2-2 South Suburban).

Best Practice 33, Farragut 16: Erica Anderson's 13 points led the way to victory for the Panthers (6-4) in Chicago West action.

Douglass 42, Collins 11: The Tigers (4-6) got 21 points and 10 rebounds from Tamieka Wright in Chicago West action.

Deerfield 53, Niles North 42: Colleen Forrest had 13 points and Kelly O'Connel had 12 for Deerfield (9-10, 5-0 Central Suburban North).

Hirsch 54, ACE Tech 31: Amy Brown had 20 points for Hirsch in Metro South action. Nakeisha Smith added 12 points and Tatiana Means recorded nine.

Julian 42, Ag. Science 41: The Jaguars (10-7, 8-3 Chicago South) got 10 points and eight rebounds from Latrice Taylor and eight points and 13 rebounds from Dohminique Hodges.

Kelvyn Park 48, Prosser 40: DeAngela Eaton scored 30 points and pulled down 17 rebounds in the Panthers win (10-10, 5-4 Chicago North).

Longwood 58, Gage Park 46: Shakiyla Caradine had 25 points for Longwood (15-6, 8-2 Metro South).

Northside 52, Notre Dame 17: Becky Duffy had 15 points to lead the Mustangs (7-12).

North Lawndale 58, Clark 23: Cassandra Baker had 20 points, five assists and five steals for the Phoenix (9-6, 3-3 Windy City West). Ebone Green added 16 points, seven rebounds and five assists.

Oswego East 58, Minooka 47: Jordan Jackson scored 21 points in the Oswego East (14-3) victory.

Proviso East 48, Willowbrook 26: Jakeisha Wells scored 13 points and pulled down 11 rebounds in the Pirates (10-6) win. Ivory Crawford added 10 points and three steals for Proviso East.

Riverside-Brookfield 50, Elmwood Park 23: The No. 17 Bulldogs (16-0, 4-0 Metro Suburban) were led by Jessie Hutchens' 12 points.

Roosevelt 60, Mather 36: The Rough Riders got 40 points and 12 rebounds from Satavia Taylor in Chicago North action.

St. Edward 58, Rosary 51: Katie Yohn had 29 points and 10 rebounds while Maddie Kerr added 15 points for St. Edward (10-5, 4-2 Suburban Catholic).

Streamwood 52, East Aurora 50: Kim Hotovy drained two free throws with three seconds remaining to give the Sabres (4-11, 1-3 Upstate Eight) the win. Emma Schmidt led Streamwood in scoring with 17 points.

South Shore 38, Bowen 15: Sade Hill led the way with 15 points for the Tarettes (9-4, 5-4 Chicago South).

U-High 58, Illiana Christian 55, OT: The Pioneers (15-1) prevailed behind the 27 points of Alexis Jenkins and 17 from Gabby Lubin.
